Satellite Meetings

Satellite meetings are ancillary meetings sponsored by non-APS groups. All satellite meetings will be held in the Washington Marriott Wardman Park.

Satellite Meeting Requests

   Application Deadline: January 4, 2010

If your group or organization wishes to hold a satellite meeting during the April Meeting, please contact Terri Gaier, Assistant Director of APS Meetings, as soon as possible.

Space for satellite meetings at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel is limited. Space will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Request early!  Space is limited and will be allocated on a space-available basis.
  
• All non-APS satellite meeting requests are subject to approval by APS.
  
• All satellite meetings will be held in the headquarters hotel, Marriott Wardman Park Hotel.
