You can join APS when you register for the April Meeting if you register online. If you register by mailing or faxing your registration, download and submit a Membership Enrollment Form with your registration.

As an APS member, you are also eligible to subscribe to Physical Review Letters online, or any of the online Physical Review sections, for only $40.
If you register for the Meeting and join APS online, you may subscribe then. If you register and join by mail or fax, please send your subscription request and payment with your Membership Enrollment Form.

On-Site Registration
On-site Registration has the highest fees for APS members and non-members.
Preregistration for the April Meeting closes January 15, 2010. After January 15, you must register on-site in Washington, DC. Do not send a registration form to APS after January 15. You will not be registered for the Meeting.
On-site Registration will take place at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel beginning on Friday, February 12 at 2:00 p.m. The APS registration desk will remain open on Friday until 7:00 p.m. and re-open on Saturday morning at 7:00am. If you are giving a talk at an 8:00 a.m. session, do not wait until that morning to register.

Cancellation Fee
If you need to cancel your registration, you must do so in writing. Written cancellations must be received at APS by February 12, 2010. All cancellations will be assessed a $40 cancellation fee regardless of the reason for canceling. Email cancellation requests and cancellation questions to the APS Registrar.
