March Meeting Hotels

The APS has contracted with the hotels listed below for room blocks for March Meeting attendees. It is important both legally and financially that the APS fill the contracted room block commitments. Please stay at one of the hotels listed below. See map for location of hotels. Do not make your hotel reservation directly with the hotel. Busing will be provided from all hotels to the convention center. Bussing to the center will begin on Sunday, March 9 at 1:30 p.m. A full schedule will be available at the convention center when you arrive.

Making Hotel Reservations

All hotel reservations must be made through the New Orleans Housing Bureau in one of the following ways:

Internet: See the on-line housing link.

Fax: Download the housing form, complete it and fax it to the number on the form with credit card information.

Phone: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time
Domestic phone # - 800-424-5250
International phone # - 847-940-2153

Do not send Housing Forms to the APS. Please don't delay in making your hotel reservation in order to obtain the hotel of your choice. The deadline is February 11. Do not make your hotel reservation directly with the hotel.

On-line and fax reservation must be guaranteed with a credit card .If you mail your housing form you must include a check for the first night’s stay drawn in U.S. dollars on a U.S. bank and made out to APS MARCH MEETING. You will receive an acknowledgment of your hotel reservation from the housing bureau. If you make your hotel reservation on-line, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 72 hours of the reservation being processed. If you fax your hotel reservation to the housing bureau you will receive confirmation within 7-10 days. If you do not receive a confirmation within either of these time frames, contact the Housing bureau – 800-424-5250 (domestic) or 847-940-2153 (international).

Prior to the cut-off date (February 11) changes and cancellations must be made through the Housing Bureau via the internet, fax or mail. Continue to use the Housing Bureau for all changes/cancellations/confirmations until February 11. After February 11 contact the hotel directly to make changes or to cancel.

Roommate Bulletin Board

If you are looking to share a hotel room and want to connect with like-minded individuals, visit the Roommate BBS and leave a message. Once you have identified a roommate, one of you must make the hotel reservation for both of you. If making your reservation by mail or fax, do not send it to APS, but to the address on the housing form.

Shuttle Bus Service
The headquarters hotel is the New Orleans Marriott, 555 Canal Street. In addition, we are using several overflow hotels. Consult the map showing the location of each hotel in relation to the New Orleans Convention Center. The shuttle bus will begin transporting attendees to the convention center on Sunday, March 9 at 1:30pm. You will receive a complete shuttle bus schedule when you register at the convention center.
