On-Site Registration
On-site Registration has the highest fees for APS members and non-members.
Preregistration for the March Meeting closes February 11, 2010. After February 11, you must register on-site in Portland, OR. Do not send a registration form to APS after February 11. You will not be registered for the Meeting.
On-site Registration will take place in Portland beginning on Sunday, March 14 at 2:00 p.m. The APS registration desk will remain open on Sunday until 7:00 p.m. and re-open on Monday morning at 7:00am. If you are giving a talk at an 8:00 a.m. session, do not wait until that morning to register.

Cancellation Fee
If you need to cancel your registration, you must do so in writing. Written cancellations must be received at APS by March 12, 2010. All cancellations will be assessed a $40 cancellation fee regardless of the reason for canceling. Email cancellation requests and cancellation questions to the APS Registrar.
