Visa Letters
Register early for the March Meeting so that you can apply early for your visa. Most visa difficulties seem to arise from running out of time. If you need a letter of invitation allow 7-10 days to receive your letter.

To pick up your registration materials if you have preregistered, or to register on-site if you have not preregistered, please visit the APS Registration Desk in the Oregon Convention Center during these hours:

ID Required
At the time you register you will be asked either for your printed confirmation or other form of ID.
Badge Monitoring
All attendees must register for the meeting. Attendees must wear their badges at all times. Badge monitors will be checking for badges before allowing admission to the sessions. Attendees without badges will not be admitted to sessions or the exhibit hall.
Photo Release
APS will take photographs at the March Meeting. By registering for the March Meeting and its associated events, you agree to allow APS to use your photo in APS-related publications, materials, or websites.
