If you cancel your hotel reservation, you must do so 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid paying one night’s hotel rate.

Your date of departure will be confirmed upon check-in at the hotel. There is a $50 charge for early departure once you confirm your departure date.

Government Rates
$115 single • $140 double • $165 Triple • $190 Quad

DPP has obtained a limited block of government rate rooms for the DPP08 meeting. Once these rooms are sold, you will not be eligible for a government rate room even though you are a government employee. The government rate will be the prevailing rate at the time of check-in at the hotel. You must show proof of government employment upon check-in to receive the government rate.
