Save Money on Registration Fees by Joining APS

If you are not an APS member, you can join at the time you register and save money on registration fees, and then be eligible to receive membership benefits. If you join subsequent to registering for the meeting you will not receive a refund for the lower member registration fees.

How to Register

You can register for the DPP08 meeting using on-line registration, or by downloading the DPP08 Registration Form and faxing it as instructed on the form.

Online Registration

Online registration is available to APS members and non-members as well. In addition, if you are not an APS member and wish to join at the time you register, this feature is now also available on-line. You must join at the same time you register in order to get the discounted registration fees available to members. Individuals registering on-line will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation (receipt).

Student Registration
Individuals registering and/or joining as students will also receive an automatic e-mail confirmation; however, APS reserves the right to review and reject registrations and membership applications of those who are not eligible for student status.

Members of APS Reciprocal Societies
Members of APS reciprocal societies should NOT register online. Please complete and fax or mail the registration form to according to the information on the form.

Faxed or Mailed Registration

If you choose to register by fax or mail, download and complete the DPP08 Registration Form and fax or mail it it according to the information on the form. Faxed registrations must include credit card information in order to be processed. Mailed registrations can be paid for either by check or credit card. Do not both mail and fax your registration form.

NOTE: If you register by mail or fax, and wish to join at the same time, please print out and complete the DPP Membership Enrollment Form and send it with payment along with your registration form. Again, please note that mailed registrations must be postmarked by October 17, 2008.

Registration Cancellation

Cancellations must be received at APS in writing by November 14, 2008. All cancellations will be assessed a $40 cancellation fee REGARDLESS OF THE REASON FOR CANCELING. To notify us that you are canceling your registration,  email us on or before November 14.
