Outreach and Professional Activities Social Activities Satellite Meetings
Requests for satellite meetings must be received by September 21. Email requests to Terri Gaier. Specify the event title, desired date, start time, end time, estimated number of attendees, room configuration, desired food and beverage service, audiovisual equipment, the requester’s name, address, phone number, email address, and complete billing information. Note: No satellite meetings shall be held in parallel with the DPP regular sessions, other than the approved mini-conferences. | |
