Recruiter Package

Package includes:

  • Easy to use Gather.Town platform to interact with job seekers and student attendees
  • Ability to add a logo and link job postings or informational brochures to the platform. Only one document can be uploaded.
  • Ability to post a promotional video (optional)
  • Up to 3 representatives can staff the booth at any given time.
  • Opportunity to post jobs on the APS Job Board at a 25 percent discount.
  • Listing of registered job seekers and student attendees (including degrees earned, key scientific and professional skills, and resume) for follow up or interviews during or following the live event.

Note: You will need an APS account to register. If you do not have an account, you will be prompted to create one for free. Once your registration is complete for the Virtual Career Fair, you will receive an email asking to fill out an additional form to submit information about your virtual booth, and to collect documents and/or videos to be displayed at your booth on the Gather.Town platform.

Virtual Career Fair Recruitment Access Hours

The Virtual Career Fair platform will be available for recruiters to check out and review starting on Tuesday, September 7. You will receive an email with instructions on how to access and navigate the space.

Recruiters will have 3 days to test, review and request changes to their virtual booth space.

Dates to Remember

  • Tuesday, September 7: Recruiters will be sent instructions on how to join and navigate the virtual space.
  • Tuesday - Thursday, September 7-9: Recruiters will be able to test and request changes to their virtual booths.
  • Monday, September 13 - Wednesday, September 15: 12:00 noon. - 3:00 p.m. (EDT) Career Fair
