The Department of Physics at UH invites you to join us for an outreach event, highlighting what physics is, what physicists do, and what cutting-edge research is being done at UH.
Events in the morning (9:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.) are intended for high school or undergraduate participants, and include presentations about careers in Physics, fun physics demos, and lab tours in the department. Pizza and snacks will be provided to all visitors.
Events in the afternoon (1:30 p.m. -5:30 p.m.) are open to the public and include poster presentations from graduate students on the cutting-edge research in the department.
