Background:

Siqi Li received her bachelor's degree from the University of Chicago in 2013. She completed her doctoral degree at Stanford University in physics in 2019, where she focused her research on laser applications in x-ray free-electron lasers, including laser shaping and laser streaking. Li is currently an associate staff scientist at SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory, conducting research in attosecond x-ray lasers and x-ray imaging experiments.
