Daniel Nyanganyura is an accomplished atmospheric physicist specializing in boundary layer physics and air pollutants transport modeling.

    Daniel Nyanganyura is an accomplished atmospheric physicist specializing in boundary layer physics and air pollutants transport modeling. His work focuses on understanding the impact of pollutants on human health, the environment, and climate. Currently serving as the Executive Director of the African Science, Technology, and Policy Institute, he leads initiatives in research for development, technology innovation, and STI policy development. With a rich background, including roles as a physics lecturer at the University of Zimbabwe and a research fellow at the Max Planck Institute of Chemistry in Germany, Nyanganyura has extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation frameworks. He is a MEL consultant at the University of Pretoria, supporting sustainability science activities and developing a global Future Earth MEL framework. A member of various scientific organizations, he actively contributes to committees and advisory groups, representing the science and technology community in regional and international forums.
