Della Richardson serves as an APS program specialist, with her work including diversity programs and Conferences for Undergraduate Women and Gender Minorities in Physics.
I support the Conferences for Undergraduate Women in Physics (CUWiP) by leading the National Organizing Committee. I provide resources and guidance for organizers to run a successful CUWiP. Additionally, I serve as the staff liaison to the Committee on the Status of Women in Physics (CSWP) by organizing their quarterly meetings, managing their awards and the Climate Site Visit program.
