    Lesley-Ann Rennie is a careers program manager at the American Physical Society. She assists early career physicists navigate their career paths by managing initiatives such as the APS Job Fairs, held at the March and Division of Plasma Physics Meetings, and the APS Job Board. Additionally, she works on many other initiatives, including the Advancing Graduate Leadership (AGL), APS Chapters, the Committee on Careers and Professional Development, and the FIAP Career Lectureship Award (FCLA).

    Before coming to APS, Lesley-Ann worked at the National League of Cities (NLC) where she was the staff liaison to the Small Cities Council, which worked on behalf of small cities (cities under 50,000 in population) in America.

    A graduate of the University of Maryland University College, Lesley-Ann received her bachelor's degree in business management with a concentration in business law and public policy.
